Please note that the conversion from miRNA to precursor is not unique. Some precursors contain the same miRNAs, e.g. hsa-mir-125b-1 and hsa-mir-125b-2 contain both hsa-miR-125b-5p as a mature miRNA.

You can choose to convert only miRNAs that map uniquely to a precursor or to convert all, which will then list all precursors for a miRNA.

The miRBase version of the input should be v22.
